The car quality was exceptional including pickup and drop off. The rental company JB Midwest did a super job with communications and making us feel very comfortable with the process. We were able to pick up and drop off the vehicle at airport parking lot. Awesome.

I have been using JB Midwest consistently over the last 8 months and typically I have good experiences however this time was not a good experience. The car in the picture is not the actual car you will rent, the interior was not cleaned AT ALL and had sticky substances and smudges everywhere which I ended up having to clean myself. I messaged JB Midwest multiple times with no response and when I asked for a managers email, I was finally given a response. When I emailed with the given email addresses, I got a bounce back email and then no response from the other email address I sent an email to. Disappointed is an understatement.
