Nice car but AC/heater isn’t working great, and the right side rear window doesn’t work from the back seat

I tested the AC/heater before turning it over to you and they seemed to be working correctly. However, I am sorry to hear that the rear window wasn’t working from back seat and that the AC/heater wasn’t to par. I will make sure to get that checked out.
Perfect vehicle for exploring Kodiak. The vehicle was immaculate, instructions for pick-up/drop-off were clear, and Lina was very quick to respond to questions. We also really appreciated the canister of bear spray!
