Did not rent the vehicle it was filthy when I arrived for pickup then host asks to take pictures of my license and to.difn.some additional forms completely outside of turos terms of service horrible experience avoid

Thanks for providing your valuable feedback & suggestions on a public platform. You changed the pick up schedule, didn't rent the vehicle and yet put 1 * in all the areas of improvement. I would suggest checking what other people had to say in the last 7 years of my Turo Host service before writing your honest single outlier opinion. I wish you the best.

We had a great experience all around with our cyber truck rental. Pick-up and drop off was easy, and the truck was a blast to drive. Our host was nice and helpful and quick to respond. We would absolutely rent again.
