A lot of problems. Both lots are full. No place to park a car.
I gave all the support to this sir, directed him through everything, and also gave him a good review but, he was ungrateful. Simply just abandoned my car anywhere out of the parking lot and the car was almost towed because of his irresponsibility, not being patient to look for an empty parking lot. a really hard to deal with client. Will not be renting my car to him again because he does not follow the instructions that are in the platform

Car is heavy tinted be warned if you have hard time driving at night. You also have to pay for the parking lot after you use it. Even you paid the first one they parked the car.
We gave you 5 stars, but you don't deserve them. You waited for us to rate you to use unfounded arguments. You're using this argument about the glass filter and other things to try to avoid being charged for returning the car with a cracked window. Before renting the car, you had access to the photos and could see that the windows were darker, so you knew that when you rented. I don't recommend you or your attitude.

The host used this listing as a bate to rent his other vehicle, Toyota RAV4, at price much higher than he could have otherwise rented. He asked to switch right after me paying for it, I did not accept. He gave wrong shuttle pickup instructions seems like an attempt to frustrate me so that I will give up and cancel and he get to keep full payment. I persevered. I arrived 2 hours prior to booked and paid pickup time. Got to the remote and isolated parking lot where the Colorado was parked, only to find out host has not maintained the vehicle. It showed tire hazard light on dashboard. Turo support analyzed the picture of the hazard lights and offered the same RAV4. The host cornered me to take the SUV, he was delayed 2 hours to bring the SUV. He gave me the keys in front of the gate. Asked me to pay for the unsafe Colorado 's parking ticket. I refused. I asked for money back. Host behavior is potentially fraudulent. He knowingly kept the post. Tried to duress me to accept SUV before the rental dste. He had the odacity to leave unsafe Colorado. He gave wrong shuttle instructions. He cornered me at the remote isolated location to take the very same SUV which I did not accept prior. Now had no choice. And tried to charge me for parking flawed unsafe vehicle.
A car is a machine and sensors can trigger. I acted fast, providing a premium upgrade which you accepted and used. If unsatisfied, you should’ve declined for a full refund. Instead, you enjoyed the upgrade, got 50% back, and still left the car smelling of rotten oranges. Now, you're targeting my other listings in bad faith. This is retaliatory behavior. I followed all protocols, but some guests simply seek personal gain over fair solutions. I’m glad this transaction is over.
