I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I’ve had the wheels realigned per this review (although previous renters didn’t mention it). I do mention that the truck has been used by dogs although my dog hasn’t been in the truck for many months. No other renter mentioned dog smell. Please see my (almost all) five star reviews.

We had an absolute blast on our road trip with 0 problems whatsoever. Karen was a great host and was able to answer any questions we had while on the trip. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
