Turo is confusing
I thought owner will guide us however there is third party Turo does instructions that is confusing
Even returned early or came to pick up not clear direction. Wasted time a lot . USB Car charger did not work my phone to charge. My phone battery almost died.
Aloha Mariko, I left very clear instructions on where vehicle pick up would be. We are required to input details under detail section for documentation & protection. I am bummed you left a 2 start review because I even typed out instructions on our messages when you could not find where the details were. I believe our language barrier played a huge role in miscommunication. Also our USB charger definitely works!
