Host was very responsive, the car was as described and yes you can go up to the observatory at Maunakea! The interior was not as clean as we would‘ve liked, the trunk of the car does not come with a cover and the inside was quite tight, but it got the job done. Overall solid :)

Super easy pickup. Got bombarded by lava rocks during recent eruption and host was very understanding. Only issue is that it was dirty on pickup

I apologize that the vehicle wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been at pickup; that’s on me, and I’ll make sure it’s handled better going forward. Pickup was easy from Hilo Airport, car was perfect for driving around the island on paved and gravel roads. James is responsive and kind, would rent from him again!
