We had the absolute best experience with this Jeep and the service provided! The car was amazing to drive and made it so easy for us to explore and see all the beautiful sights around Hawaii. It was clean, reliable, comfortable, and honestly the perfect vehicle for our trip.
The host Emilio was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole experience, which made everything even better.
Thank you again for such fantastic service — we truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hawaii!

Someone hit us at the gas station while we were stationary and spoke to the host and he acted like it was our fault. Didn’t like the demeanor and we returned the car 2 hours early and it keeps saying we were late
The vehicle was involved in an incident while stationary at a gas station, and my goal was simply to understand the situation and assist appropriately, not place blame. The vehicle was also returned early, so any timing notification would have been automatic through the platform. I always strive to provide a professional, smooth, and accommodating experience for all guests.

Awesome experience from start to finish. The Jeep was super clean, drove great, and was perfect for cruising around the island. I chose their Gladiator because the bed had a cover, which was super convenient, and it was a newer model so having Apple CarPlay while traveling around the island was a huge plus. Communication was clear and easy, and the host got back to me really quickly anytime I had questions. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and everything was exactly as expected. It definitely made the trip even better. Would absolutely book again! 🤙🏽
