My host was extremely kind, their vehicle was just as described and was comfortable and reliable. I appreciated the hosts quick communications and care they showed during a storm.

Fantastic. Everything functioned properly. Easy pickup and very nice host :)

The rental process was great. The truck was big enough to fit our family of 5 and we could put our luggage in thr bed of the truck. We drove the truck only a few times and then the starter went out with 4 days left in our trip. The owner was understanding but didnt have another car for us to use. Turo gave us a full refund since there was no other vehicles available. The biggest complaint I have is the inconvenience. The company was very helpful and accommodating.

I'm very sorry for the unexpected inconvenience of the starter failing during your trip. Before listing the Titan on the Turo platform I installed a new starter in the truck.
This starter surprisingly failed only eight months after installation. I have installed a new replacement starter in the vehicle and hope to get many years of service from it.
Again, apologies for the inconvenience.
