The Jeep was great for the utility and an easy ride. I would highly recommend renting from them. They always responded quickly and were also very friendly!

We absolutely loved having this truck on our trip to The Big Island! Valerie had some issues with the truck before we even arrived, she was WONDERFUL to work with! It ended up working out perfectly for us! Thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Valerie a bit.

Valerie the hos was very nice. The car was not clean. There was garbage and items left from previous users. Also, the owner requested I pick her up at her home. Which was no big deal just inconvenient and there should have been some type of monetary compensation at least offered to do so

This is disappointing to see. When we originally dropped the truck off to her, she requested that I drive her to her hotel as she did not like driving at night. Which we did. During her use of the truck my delivery teammate was off island, so I asked if she minded picking me up as our home was close to her hotel. She never indicated that it was an inconvenience.
As to the cleanliness, we will admit that we had our nephew clean it up as he was the last to use. I guess learned to always inspect!
