2025 Tacoma was very nice and as advertised. Communication difficulties and pick up was in unsafe location as noted by owner. Car 5 stars, location 1 star; communication 1 star

When a guest books our parking lot 1 mile away from the airport, we explain that it is not at the airport & you have to uber/walk. We describe the location of our lot with landmarks/identifying characteristics &, how to change to the airport if you want it to be easier. Also, you scheduled your trip to start the morning after the night you arrived making your experience more difficult than needed.
