Truck handled all terrain of Maui well!

The truck was damaged on the drivers side which was kind of embarrassing. He asked if that was ok but didn’t even see the message until we checked in. I would have expected a credit given how bad it looked. Also the lock button didn’t work on the fob so I would ask about those things before renting.
Hi Steven, we sent that message to you well in advance of your trip and got zero communication from you until well after your trip started. The whole island was sold out of cars so we didn’t want to cancel on you - sorry for the “embarrassment”. It’s definitely helpful as hosts to communicate in the app.

The truck came in handy. I had my brother and niece from Kauai, we stayed in Makawao. There were location that we spend time at. It was the first time renting and the instruction took time to
understand, but everything came out ok. Thanks,
