Older car with higher miles- windshield wipers need to be replaced. No washer fluid. Crappy seat covers that are cheap and bunch up. Low air sensor for the tires. the battery died and I’m sure I didn’t leave anything turned on in the vehicle, but the option was for me to get the battery tested.
On top of that I had my original vehicle cancelled with this owner at the last moment- a week before the rental, due to a safety recall on my original vehicle. So I ended up with this vehicle because not much else remaining on Turo with such late notice

It was a great trip and very easy to talk to them. My only issue is that I got a flat tire during our trip due to an existing issue to the tire. It was an extra $200 cost that I don't personally feel like was my fault. My advice is purchase the insurance. Would've been the same price if I just paid for the insurance. I was just trying to save some money. Definitely paid for that mistake
Hi Amanda, guests are responsible for any damage to a tire during your trip. There was no existing issues with the tires when you picked up - this truck had just been serviced prior to your trip.

First Turo experience and everything was seamless. Jordan made it so easy and was very communicative; much easier pick up than from a rental company and loved being able to have the extra space of the truck bed for luggage
