Truck is to old had to many issues
Im sorry to hear you had issues which you didn't mention. The only thing the guest mention one of the steam tire cap missing . I had the truck thoroughly checked out. All items are working as it should. Im surprised to get a low rating and feel my communication, convenience, accuracy are correct. At no time guest reach out to advise issue. Due to extra charges guest received to give such low rating compared to others who rented the truck.
