The car smelled strongly like a cigarette when we got in it and gave me a headache for the whole trip. I was under the impression that we would have a non-smoking car, otherwise I would not have rented it. The car has some sticky cup holders and other people's garbage in it when we got in as well - we cleaned it up to the best of our ability but we expected it to be a bit cleaner overall. We got it for a good price so it's not the end of the world, just disappointing to deal with the headache from the smell all weekend.

Car was clean and in good condition everything went well on pickup and dropoff however there was a discrepancy on how much fuel was in the car when I picked it up and dropped it off. The problem wasn't the fee for refueling but it was the amount. I had filled the tank to the top 45 miles away and they claimed it used over 8 gallons of fuel to travel 45 miles.
I would highly recommend driving straight to the gas station at pickup and taking record of how much fuel was required to top it off before starting your trip.
