We rented the truck for a trip to Utah for the week. We came from the airport and the Uber driver took us to the location for pick up. It was difficult to find as the host said it was in the “visitor parking” which is disperse throughout the entire apartment complex. I had to reach out to find a specific location. Once we got in and the lock box, everything ran fine with the truck. Until the battery died. We had multiple issues with the battery and getting it started which led to a lot of uncertainty on our leisurely vacation, which was in remote areas that had no service. We had to ask around for a jumper cables and to get a start from people since the car was not equipped with any of these. We also inquired about four-wheel-drive ahead of time and he said it was equipped, come to find out that the car had 2 WD. With all of this being said, our host was very accommodating and was trying to help in anyway that he could. The truck needs to be regularly inspected, and further things such as detailed description of where to pick up the truck, all needs to be put in. Once this listing it has these updates, it will be great!
