Was fine even after pick up time had to be moved up an hour due to the vehicle not being ready due to cleaning. We worked that out it was fine but it went down hill after that. Extended the rental everything was fine. Then tried to extend again and they changed the rate to over twice the amount previously paid. Tried to change the drop off to one of their other pre-approved listed drop off addresses to make it more convenient and they denied the change. And after it was nothing but inconvenience Just someone I wouldn't do business with again and do not recommend
