Truck stank of weed, company tried to scam me on fees and returning early, they didn’t accept it and tried to steal my money.

Unfortunately, the car quality of this vehicle was poor. The car hadn’t been cleaned prior to pick up it wreaked heavily of cigarettes and marijuana. The back truck bed was dirty with trash, and there was an open condom package in the rear passage seat pouch. This was extremely embarrassing as I was transporting guest from out of town. When this information was reported to the host they were extremely unhelpful and unable to accommodate or rectify the conditions of the vehicle prior to picking up the vehicle for my schedule reservation. When asked if the host would be available to clean the vehicle at my residence, I was told that I needed to bring the car back to the pick up location, which is over 40 minutes away. This made it extremely difficult
and unreasonable as I had a birthday event for my daughter‘s first birthday. My reservation was switched to a different vehicle and then switched back. I understand these things happen, however, there was no explanation as to why the vehicle needed to be switched, which was concerning as a customer. The host does not appear to care about the customers I will not be going back to them nor do I recommend anyone using this company.
