This trip started off rocky with the host being unresponsive when I arrived at the airport. I had to contact customer support just to get Daniel to verify my ID and provide the location of the truck. After being temporarily stranded at 10:30pm, I had to pay a sizable parking fee because Daniel parked the truck 6 hours before my trip started. The truck was awesome but had clear mechanical issues that needed to be addressed. Overall a good trip but it could have been a lot better.

Turo can see our conversation and there is not a phone call and you as a 8:41 and check the licenses and 9:31 and you started your trip.
Before your initial timing wich was at 9:41 i had all the proof but thank you and being like this to the host can affect us really bad
