When I arrived it was stated that my vehicle was getting gassed up after waiting 30/45 minutes the car was located on the lot but they couldn’t find the keys. There was no urgency with trying to resolve the matter. After being on the lot almost 2.5 hours they couldn’t find the spare we were then offered a pick up truck which was a inconvenience the truck had a very dirty smell and the truck just wasn’t clean to my standards. Very unprofessional
