I recently rented from a Truck, This was my second time renting through this company when I go to Houston. When I arrived to the vehicle , it was not cleaned inside of outside. So, I had to wait 20 minutes in the heat while the exteirior was being washed by John. There was also an odor of ciggarrettes and sticky residue was on the steering wheel and the bavk floor of the truck. Along with the windshield washer fluid was out. I recently rented a truck from this company. This was my second time renting through this company when I went to Houston. When I arrived at the vehicle, it was not cleaned inside or outside. So, I had to wait 20 minutes in the heat while the exterior was being washed by John. There was also an odor of cigarettes and sticky residue was on the steering wheel and the back floor of the truck. Along with that, the windshield washer fluid was out. And, when you out on the turn signal, it does not turn off after you make the turn.
