The truck smelled horrible of weed, front end shakes, had to change a taillight.

This was the craziest experience I ever had with renting a car . The tail light was out then I got the car a whole hour late . Too many problems with this truck . I road a long distance to pick up a couple things and I put my life at risk, I got stop by the police and got a warning . I feel like I need some of the money back because I didn’t even know the tail light was out before I even got to where I was going . Smh I’m very sad about this trip because if I would’ve got a ticket I would’ve had more problems on something I’m just renting for the day .

LA Auto switched my vehicle 10 minutes before the trip was supposed to start, then the other vehicle was delayed by 3 hours. It ended up showing up smelling like smoke. Luckily, I was able to have the guys dropping it take it back to deodorize it. They brought a few carseat options and one looked to have spots of mold in the fabric. As for communication, there so many co-hosts responding at the same time it causes a huge amount of confusion.
