I had this truck rental scheduled for a later time and date in this month and at the last minute, had to move the date up much earlier than planned. I messaged the host and asked if they could move my rental up and change my location? They DID IT THAT DAY!!! Saved my life. They delivered the truck to my job and handed me the key. It was a smooth and swift process.

Host was 40 minutes late, tire kept going flat, truck was shaking on the road. not a very good experience
No smoking allowed
