Truck ran a little rough but got from a to b with no problems a few dents and a lot of scratches but it served my purpose no complaints here

The truck rode very rough. It front-end would vibrate when you accelerate. It smell of cigarettes. I had to return to the pickup office middle trip because the A/C stop working. The ower is nice and curious but the cars are questionable. This is not my first time renting with this ower. I had a similar issue with the last rental. I believe in 2nd chances. I believe this will be the last chane with this ower. I was told because this is a pickup truck that's the way they ride and drive. I was not offered anything for my inconvenience.

Overall, this rental did not fully meet my expectations.

After pickup, I noticed the tire pressure warning light was on, and the vehicle had more dents and scratches than I anticipated. There was also a noticeable odor inside the vehicle that made it less comfortable, especially when I had coworkers riding with me.

While driving, I experienced some shaking that seemed related to the transmission, which made me a bit concerned about reliability, particularly during longer trips. Additionally, the radio/infotainment system would occasionally cut out when using Apple CarPlay or Bluetooth.

I was traveling for work and needed a dependable vehicle, so these issues added some stress to the trip. Because of this, I ended up returning the vehicle early and contacting Turo for assistance.

The host was responsive, but overall the vehicle condition and performance could be improved.

Host are great and respond promptly. The truck was great.

When you press the gas it rattles a little other than that did what it was rented for get me from one place to another ! Thanks for allowing us to rent your vehicle
