Great car, clean and spacious. Pick up and drop off was easy. Unfortunately the truck was not in the designated pick up spots on time for our pickup but it was dropped off shortly after. Overall a great experience!

Great experience renting the Toyota Tacoma! The truck was clean, comfortable, reliable, and perfect for getting around Oahu. It handled everything we needed, from driving around the island to exploring different areas. The pickup and return process was smooth and easy, and communication was great throughout the rental. Would definitely rent this Tacoma again on our next trip to Oahu! 🤙🏽🌺

Communications were terrible. The key wasn’t where they said it was and we had to crawl underneath the truck to find it. There was no ticket for the parking so I had to pay for lost ticket price. They won’t reimburse me. Then they tried to charge me for the next renters parking fee. I didn’t even have the car on the date they tried to charge me for. There was not even a license plate on the vehicle. The lady at the parking ticket booth at the airport said this isn’t the first time LA Auto spot messed people up. There was a couple a few weeks ago that had to wait 2 hours trying to leave the parking garage due to lack of communication and ticket issues and they had a wedding to get to. I’ll never use them again.
