Communications were terrible. The key wasn’t where they said it was and we had to crawl underneath the truck to find it. There was no ticket for the parking so I had to pay for lost ticket price. They won’t reimburse me. Then they tried to charge me for the next renters parking fee. I didn’t even have the car on the date they tried to charge me for. There was not even a license plate on the vehicle. The lady at the parking ticket booth at the airport said this isn’t the first time LA Auto spot messed people up. There was a couple a few weeks ago that had to wait 2 hours trying to leave the parking garage due to lack of communication and ticket issues and they had a wedding to get to. I’ll never use them again.
