Overall, I had a good experience. The truck drove great and was in excellent condition. I did experience a communication issue during my rental that unexpectedly disrupted my plans and ultimately led me to end the rental early. While the situation was frustrating, the staff was genuinely kind, apologetic, and made a sincere effort to help. Turo customer support was also excellent and resolved everything fairly. I believe this was an honest mistake, and better communication between the administrative team and the rental location would go a long way. Despite the hiccup, I appreciated how much everyone cared, and I would consider renting from them again.

Car was great but I've never had a more strict host as far as all the requirements for returning the car. First off I have a disabled child and navigating airports are never easy much less when you have a special needs child. This host was hounding me about the requirements of returning the car through the app, while im trying to get my bags and child to the airport mind you, even tho the car was already returned. Then I was charged an extra fee because I entered the airport parking lot "through the wrong gate". The car ended up exactly where it was supposed to be, but ya know just because I didnt know the exact layout of the airport and happened to enter through an incorrect gate I guess that's grounds to attempt to extort more money. Turo used to be great it's gone downhill fast, avoid... app deleted 🙃
