Very disappointed to arrive at our vehicle to find out the air conditioning was not working as we arrived in Hawaii after 15 hrs. of traveling. The host was apologetic but did seem to be aware of the malfunction and hadn’t informed us. He did apologize to us and we were able to get a full refund, but it was a huge inconvenience to have to drive the truck back to the airport and then have to get a last minute rental. Not the best way to start our vacation!
