They were 30 minutes late from when my trip started, when I contacted the host all they said was will let you know and I had to call Turo customer service for information of when the vehicle was going to get dropped off. The next day we noticed there was a lot of cockroaches inside the vehicle, they were crawling all over the dash, the center counsel and the seats. I messaged the host and they said to bring it to them and they would put me in a new vehicle. That process took 2 hours and I lost 2 excursion tickets over $300. Then they put me in a completely different car than what I originally payed for. I’ve booked over 10 times from different host and never any issue with cockroaches before.
