We had an awesome experience renting the Jeep Gladiator for our Hawaii trip! The extended bed was perfect for all our luggage, giving us plenty of extra space. Being able to take the top off made exploring the island even better and added to the whole Hawaii experience. The Jeep was a great choice for our trip, and the hosts were wonderful to rent from. We would definitely recommend them and would happily rent from them again!

Car was dirty and smelly, don’t think it cleaned very well. Sand down along sides of seat, like it has never been cleaned there before. Stains on the seats. Because of the expired tags on our first vehicle, we had to stop by the shop and get the new ones but they could not be found. Seems to be a lack of supervision there as they had to keep texting someone for info.

Very disappointing experience. The key was already malfunctioning when we rented the car, as confirmed by previous guest reviews mentioning the same issue. The key eventually stopped working, forcing us to interrupt our rental. We are now being charged for damage related to this pre-existing issue, which is extremely unfair.

Awesome and easy rental. Only issue is the key fob. When you go to unlock your door, you have to manually unlock it and press the ignition button (quickly) to turn the alarm off. But this was a very minor issue.
