Terrible experience. The reviews are misleading since they are multiple location aggregate. Google reviews for this location specifically. We had a booking soon after pickup and I let them know ahead of time and requested the car being ready a day in advance. The car had defective tire which the team at checkout didn't catch but I caught because the low pressure light was on and the tire pressure was below 20. I messaged the host team and the host team and the person on sight both said it's not a problem and added air. I let them both know I think it's a defect in the tire like a puncture due to a nail or something. They didn't care to swap the car and let me drive it 30 mins later impacting my travel plans. The next day the tire deflated again, I couldn't make my schedule had to drive back to the location and then they took me to a mechanic where my entire family had to wait for 2 hours to get this fixed on our 4 day vacation.

Getting to the vehicle was a little bit challenging because it can only be accessed by elevators in a specific section of the garage. The host had excellent communication.
