Great experience as far as reservation however car had some issues and Turo was able to resolve it and get me on another reliable vehicle

The car definitely got the job done. The only thing I didn’t like was that the interior had not been cleaned and had a noticeable smell. This is most likely due to people getting in after the beach so it’s understandable. The exterior was also not cleaned and there was no wind shield washer fluid. Overall, it did what we needed it to do and drove well.

They got our jeep to us an 1.5 hrs late with no refund for lost time. The car was still dirty. We could hardly see out the front window and had to stop and buy cleaning supplies before driving too far. Other than that the vehicle ran well.

the car was good only thing is i had to take it to the shop when we pucked it up was missing a lug nut and the directions that the host gave needs to be better detailed
