The truck rental was great and just what we needed. Communication was awesome with the host from time of booking and especially when we had a mishap (locked the keys in the truck) while on our way to return the truck. Host was able to meet us and bring the spare key. Very much appreciated!

This was the only vehicle left to rent on short notice since our other Turo car was canceled due to a safety issue. We were given a credit towards another rental. We were grateful that a car was available though a large pickup truck was not ideal. Finding the vehicle was easy due to knowing where the vehicles were kept from our last experience with the renter.
The renter notified us that there was no time to clean the sand out of the car. I appreciated the communication and that didn’t bother us. What did bother us were the sudden cockroaches that emerged from the center console after returning to the car after eating at Kahuku Sugar Mill area. It prompted us to go home early. The cockroaches got into my friend’s teeth aligners, which are 5000 dollars. She was very upset.

Such a gracious host! Literally locked myself out of the car on Day 1, with a dying phone, on the opposite side of the island and none of my friends were answering! Liam came through big and sent his brother to rescue me 🫶🏼
