Hey it’s a Chevy. Worked fine no problems. If you have an issue it’s with the manufacturer not the rental service. If I could go back I would get a lifted Tacoma. lol just to fit in. Other than that great vehicle great service would rent again.

Would not rent from this host again. Within an hour of picking up the truck, the thermostat gauge started fluctuating from normal to high while driving in traffic, which made me uncomfortable using the vehicle for my event. I was also dealing with multiple warning/signaling issues including a tire pressure warning, right rear signal light out, and driver-side headlight out.

The biggest issue though was communication. I tried contacting the host multiple times with no response, and even Turo Support was unable to get ahold of them. I ended up returning the truck early because I no longer felt comfortable driving it, submitted a trip change request, and still received no response.

To top it off, there were roaches inside the truck.

Very disappointing experience overall, especially when renting a vehicle you expect to be safe and properly maintained.

Easy Pickup and drop-off. Truck runs nice. However, only downside is that I was not aware before renting that the truck "service tire monitor system" light was on. I was told on the day of pick up. Couldn't cancel because I needed the vehicle for work. Also while driving, I was told by other drivers that one of the headlight was not working and one of the break lights was also not working. Messaged the owner but didn’t get a response. All in all, truck rental did it's job, but definitely stressing the whole 3 days that something might happened and driving at night was scary.
