Extremely disappointed with this rental.
The Tesla would not charge at a Supercharger, which caused me to waste about an hour and make two trips to the charging station. This significantly disrupted my plans.
The host was unhelpful, ignored the issue, and provided no instructions or support (except saying “try again”).
Additionally, the seat belt behind the driver’s seat is not working, which is a serious safety concern.
Another issue: the original pickup location was the airport, but I agreed to change it at the host’s request to their base near the airport and picked up the car there. However, when I planned to return the car to the airport, I was asked to pay an additional $157 fee for changing the location.
Considering that the vehicle had serious issues and the host did not resolve them, this is completely unacceptable.
I have taken photos and videos documenting these problems.
I do not recommend this host.
