The vehicle uses Sentry Mode as a safety feature and it does not allow live monitoring while a guest is inside, so your privacy is always respected. I also take full responsibility for the charging and should have confirmed your preferred battery level or delivered it at a higher percentage. I truly appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience.

Great experience renting from Lucas. The Cybertruck was in perfect condition, exactly as described. Lucas was very kind, communicative, and flexible throughout the entire rental process and especially during the vehicle return. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended. I would definitely rent from him again.
