Smooth drive, good on gas. Very easy pickup.

Great vehicle with a smooth and comfortable ride. The 4Runner was in good condition and worked well for our trip around the Big Island.
One thing to note is that the pickup location is listed as free airport public parking, but there is a fee required to exit the parking lot, which we weren’t aware of beforehand. It would have been helpful to know about this in advance.
Communication was also an area that could have been better. The host provided all the required pickup details, but response times were fairly long, so quicker communication would have made the pickup process smoother.
Overall, we enjoyed the vehicle and our trip, and would recommend it with those considerations in mind.
