Did not respond on my question about charging adapters which I asked before starting the trip so I can be prepared. Also, host mentioned to let him know once I reach at the pick up location so he can remote unlock the vehicle but unfortunately he did not respond then as well and had to call to get the vehicle unlocked. Vehicle was in a great condition 10/10.

Exactly two minutes elapsed between when the guest messaged us to unlock the car and when it they called to get our attention to unlock it, which happened promptly.
We did fail to get back to them on answering whether the NACS charging adapter was going to be included (it was). Charging adapters are available upon request if anyone needs.
