This truck is not worth renting it bounces from back to forward. It’s squeaking like the belt is about to come off and it’s making a ticking noise when you crank it up I recommend do not rent this vehicle and then have nerve to accuse me of scratching your truck up.

Alexandria told me she would not leave a review because she didn't want to discourage others from renting. This 1-star review came after I requested reimbursement for missing fuel and documented new tailgate scratches, both of which she denied. Before-and-after photos were provided to Turo, and Turo ultimately charged her for both. I could not reproduce the claimed bouncing when driving the truck. The ticking was an exhaust manifold issue that has since been repaired.
I’m a property manager for a Complex in TX and this truck was reliable. Tool box and straps came in clutch. Very nice truck

Miguel kept the truck in great condition. I would definitely recommend.
Everything perfect thanks again !
