First time Turo user and for sure not the last. The pick up and drop off procedure was as easy as it gets!! Thank you again A

Picked up the car and the code for the lockbox was incorrect. The truck also had a nail in the tire. Changed the tire myself to the spare and was able to drive on that for the entire trip. Host waived the refueling fee for it but I did have to ask.

The nail must of happened on our way to drop off vehicle at airport, everything was ok at drop off but guest did not advise until after they changed tire and we weren't given chance to assist. Provided roadside assistance for future reference and offered to reimburse but he said he preferred to keep driving with donut. Yes, truthfully there was a slight confusion with new lockbox code which was resolved in less than 5 min. Guest seemed more than happy to get free refuel baked at over $85.
Excellent car, great communication and would highly recommend. We were a family of 5 with 4 x 23kg luggage and the boot was perfect 👍
