Pickup was a little twisted.. but got resolved quickly..
Airport location is i believe a good idea, I was also given a credit for parking.
Hello Philander we thought you were flying into Charlotte and was trying to park at Hourly which was most convenient and for less than an hour parking cheaper than Long Term Lot 2. Once we discovered you were parking your vehicle there to pick up we re-routed to bring it to you. We are sorry about the mix up. We appreciate you and happy you enjoyed the Tesla Cyber.

No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
