Had an all-around great experience! This was my very first time using the app, and just from this experience alone with Talia, I am definitely a fan and will be seeking out her services again. Rented this truck to deliver a heavy 3-piece couch all the way to Sacramento, and it ran incredibly smooth and was super clean. What really stood out was Talia’s awesome communication. I got a bit stuck trying to lock the key back in the box at checkout, but she was so responsive, friendly, and understanding. She knew exactly what the issue was and helped me out immediately when I pulled back in. Highly recommend renting from her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This truck is perfect for work, moving large objects, etc, it’s big and everything works well. As I just had a spine surgery it was a bit difficult for me to climb in and out of but will be fine for normal people. Talia had excellent communication and kindly let me return the truck a day early because of my spine situation. They also have a really cool fleet of VWs(including a few of the new eBuzes. I will definitely rent from them again.
