Car was fine, host unresponsive. Host had issues with drop off and pick up leaving me waiting up to a half hour for in person pick up. Again on drop off kept me waiting for a half hour for in person drop off. Finally had to park car and leave so i would not miss flight. Apparently host had emergency and could not be reached. Terrible
I was on time for pick up. I have been having issues with Turo with the website and app so it hasn’t been easy trying to communicate when I need to and unfortunately has been out of my control recently. I had to call Turo to find out where the guest was but when I arrived the guest was not there and I waited for about 15 minutes for them to arrive so I’m not sure how they were waiting on me to be honest for pick up. Return is understandable but I don’t believe I deserve a 1 star rating.
