Our 8-day rental with Kasandra was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! She went above and beyond to make our trip special. When we arrived, she had a personalized welcome card waiting for us along with a great selection of snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated right away.
Her communication throughout the entire rental was excellent. She was responsive, friendly, and proactive, making the pickup and return process completely stress-free. The Tesla Cybertruck was exactly as described—immaculately clean, in excellent condition, and an incredible vehicle to drive.
It’s clear that Kasandra genuinely cares about providing an exceptional experience for her guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would gladly rent from her again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless Turo experience!
