Kassandra was an amazing Turo host. Her truck was in excellent condition, drove great, and made my trip around Arizona even better. Pickup and drop-off were both incredibly smooth and convenient.
What really stood out to me was the personal touch. She even left me a handwritten thank you note, which has never happened to me before on Turo. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in providing a great experience.
Kassandra is a wonderful person and an outstanding host. I would absolutely rent any of her vehicles again the next time I’m in Phoenix. Highly recommend!
