I honestly don't even know where to begin because this experience was so much more than just renting a truck.

The truck itself was absolutely incredible. It was, without a doubt, the nicest truck I've ever had the opportunity to drive, and I genuinely didn't want to give it back! 😂 But what really made this experience so special was Larry.

I've been going through an extremely difficult time lately, and it seems like one thing after another has gone wrong. From the moment I connected with Larry, he went completely above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating, and he made an already stressful situation so much easier. Sometimes you come across someone at exactly the right moment, and their kindness means more than they probably realize. That's exactly what this experience was for me.

Larry didn't just provide an amazing vehicle and a great rental experience. He reminded me that there are still genuinely good people in the world who are willing to go out of their way to help someone when they need it. I am truly grateful for that.

I also have to mention that my very first experience with this app, immediately before renting from Larry, was an absolute nightmare. I was honestly hesitant to use the app again after that experience, so ending up with Larry was the best possible outcome I could have hoped for. It completely changed my impression of the platform.

I cannot recommend Larry and this rental experience highly enough. The truck was amazing, the entire experience was seamless, and Larry was truly exceptional. I will absolutely be renting from him again in the future, and I am incredibly thankful that I had the opportunity to cross paths with someone who was so kind and helpful during a time when I really needed it.

And the truck? Seriously, what a machine. It had every bell and whistle imaginable, from all of the luxury features and technology to the little conveniences that made driving it such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It was clean, incredibly well-equipped, and honestly felt like a luxury vehicle that just happened to be a truck. I kept discovering new features throughout the rental, and I was genuinely impressed by how much this thing had to offer. Between the truck itself and the person behind the rental, this was about as good of an experience as I could have asked for—and a pretty incredible way to go from the absolute worst first experience with this app to one that restored my faith in it completely.
