Truck was clean and drove great!

Khanh’s truck worked out well for our camping trip. Pick up and drop off were easy and we were able to extend without an issue. Communication was great. The only issue was that the truck warning showed it needed an oil change which was a little concerning while away.
Routine maintenance reminders are typically set to appear every 5,000 miles. If a guest rents a vehicle for an extended period and drives more than 5,000 miles during their trip, it’s normal for the maintenance light to come on. I take vehicle maintenance seriously and ensure all required service is completed promptly to keep my vehicles in excellent condition and provide a safe, reliable experience for every guest.

Truck was decent drove nice. But did have a bad smell on the inside when picked up. When you pair to Bluetooth the speakers and sound is terrible. Made it hard for our roadtrip to have bad sound with our music. Easy to pick up with lock box.
The previous guest smoked in the vehicle, and despite my best efforts, I could not fully remove the odor before your trip. I understand the sound quality did not meet your expectations, and I accept the 3-star rating for that. However, I’m unclear why the maintenance received 2 stars, as the vehicle runs smoothly and is in excellent condition.
