Car was trashed. Upcharged on fees just not the best experience.

Hi Joshua, we apologize for the trash found behind the passenger seat and will address this with our cleaning team. However, the F-150 was provided with a full tank of gas and returned with less, so the refueling charge was applied in accordance with Turo’s policy. We also want to clarify that the vehicle did not have an illuminated check engine light. We strive to provide clean, reliable vehicles and fair service to every guest. Thank you for your feedback.

We’re sorry you experienced a flat tire during the trip. The tires were inspected and in good condition prior to pickup, with no known issues. We requested the guest’s location and documentation so we could assist, but a $400 replacement tire was purchased without our authorization or an opportunity to inspect whether the tire could have been patched. We understand the frustration and always aim to assist guests as quickly as possible when unexpected road issues occur.
