Front bumper is damaged but this is the second time I have rented this vehicle and it’s great. Great customer service and super easy!

All was good except finding charging stations that work is a pain

Front end damaged from prior rental. Missing grill, bumper facia hanging down. They did not inform me of the damage until I sent a message to them. I wish they had given me the option to postpone my rental until truck was repaired. Did not even say sorry or offer discount for the poor condition. I expected perfect vehicle condition for the money I paid. Super host!
