I went on a trip and I had to change the front break pads myself . The owner of the vehicle doesn’t keep up with maintaining the truck. He also didn’t want to refund me for the replacement of front break pads . Even with receipts. He put me and my family in great danger driving with no breaks . It was metal to metal . I would not rent from this renter again.

Hello sir. The car had no problems at all. It was with another customer just one day before you, and they did not complain about anything with the vehicle.
However, you did not use the vehicle properly and drove many more miles than the mileage included in your trip. You also left a lot of things inside the car and never informed me that there was a problem with the vehicle.
I am trying to resolve the situation, but the brake problem with the car was caused during your use of the vehicle.
