The host made the pick up easy and clear with instructions and expectations. The vehicle was clean when we picked it up. Drop off was also easy which was appreciated. We would rent again and recommend this vehicle and host.
Our only thing we will add but not deduct a star for is the amount of air fresheners. We know wanting the car to look and smell nice but there are some people who have sensitivities to those or asthma and it can be triggering.
